Who benefits from productive activities? Analysis of the case of Cureghem

With the growing popularity of image “productive city” both in political and academic circles Brussels, need to keep – or even redevelop productive activities city is becoming more widely accepted. However, while public stakeholders favour implementation new through their policies regarding spatial planning, these transformations sometimes take place detriment existing activities. Yet are not identical terms location factors social economic impact. This work result collaboration between two research projects, part a comparative qualitative empirical approach aimed at understanding realities which different types old correspond to, as well issues related continued existence development.
